I carshed my month old Inspire 1 raw and damaged X5R. I had given it to a so called authorised dealer in Bangalore, India. It has been more than 45 days till now neither they have repaired nor giving my camera back. Can i ship the camera to DJI by myself and get it fixed. The damaged camera picture has been attached

Sorry to hear about your crash and trouble, may I know have you ever required your dealer to help you send it in to DJI or not? If he refused to do that, you could send it in by yourself. Then we need create a case for you and guide you to send in.
