Help needed
we have a Marice and we are unable to get it to  the latest download we have done the normal thing we have downloaded  zip file from dji its website we have extracted the .bin  filed copied into an empty SD card, put it into  the on board camera and the drone will not update can anyone shed some light on this i am at a complete loss

James, I hope you found the problem by now, but if not, here is my advice. Return to the "How to upgrade the firmware" document and follow it step by step. Was the aircraft powered off when you inserted the micro SD card?  Was the remove controller powered off when you powered on the aircraft? You skipped something.  Best wishes.
