What is the solution to a failed activation of a new PH3 Pro?
I have tried different accounts, updated firmware,, contiue to recieve message that activation failed!
Need a solution to this ASAP

May I know your aircraft SN?
what mobile device you are using to activate it? please try to change another device or delete DJI GO APP, re-install it, then try again.
You could also change the Internet Network connection.
Besides, it said upgrading successfully, right?

Device is I Pad mini, also already tried a Samsung tablet
It appears that the aircraft is connected to the Rc, but the activation screen appears then I press activate and the message "activation failed" please try again apears

You used it for about 1 year, while it keeps saying "Activation failed" after aircraft firmware upgrading?
Please make sure you upgrade both aircraft and remote to the latest, or you can try to upgrade aircraft again.
If still the same case, please provide us a screenshot about the message, thanks.

Update!
The Phantom was a gift that was not used/ unboxed until about 14 days ago.
I was able to activate it after numerous attempts.
Current issues are;
1) Firmware 1.9.60 does not successfully update, fails every time. The drone says it has that current version but the text file
says failed update and the drone sounds a continuous long buzzing sound after about 10 mins of trying to update.
2) "No Image transmission signal", message on my tablet. I can fly the drone, operate camera gimbal, and record video, but
   I can not see the image on the screen. Tried 3 different tablets, downloaded the DJI Go app several times, all the same no image transmission signal.

What is the next step to resolve these issues?

Please check "About" page for the current firmware version firstly through APP.
Have you tried to format the SD card and put bin file into the root of SD card again to upgrade it?
And we have released a newer version, it's v1.10.90, you could have a try.
If still the same case, please check the upgrading log as the following steps:
1. Enable Viewing hidden files in your OS. Below are the websites where you can check how to show the hidden files in your PC. For The Windows System: http://windows.microsoft.com/en- ... den-files=windows-7 For The Mac System: http://ianlunn.co.uk/articles/qu ... mac-os-x-mavericks/
2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

It's better to send it in for evaluation by the engineers.
If the aircraft do not have any physical damages, and the "device not detected" only appears after a firmware upgrading, then it should be a firmware issue.
