I sent my phantom in for repair and flight review. My unit has Ben repaired and returned. Now I can't access my flight log.
I've logged out and back in, my account is Jumprun1 but it's coming up as Fanse3812651. Has someone accessed my account from DJI and not released it?

You had already synced the records, and you could access to it before?
What the mobile device you are using? please provide us your app account, we'll help you check it.

Yes, I could access my flight records before. I synchronized my flight records, and had DJI support review them. Now every time I try to sync is says it failed. I'm using the same device I've always used, Android based system. NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON MY END. My account is Jumprun1 and when I post to the forum it's coming up as Fanse3812651. What are you seeing as my name when I post?

I did try, it didn't help! WHO REVIEWED MY FLIGHT DATA, ARE THEY FANSE3812651? ARE THEY, WERE THEY, LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT TO REVIEW THE DATA? COULD THEY, SHOULD THEY LOG IN AND THEN BACK OUT AGAIN. I FEEL THIS ERROR IS ON DJI'S END AND ITS NOT GETTING RESOLVED.

I've tried the forum, chat, phone supoort, and email...   Nothing, wow am I really disappointed with DJI, not to mention they had my unit for a month for repair and sent it back cracked and not working properly.

When you click on your avatar, go to settings, set a new avatar, and confirm it, do you get any error message? If so, would you please upload a screenshot?

For the flight records, would you please check whether there are flight records file in your mobile device?
It should be saved here: /sdcard/DJI/dji.pilot/FlightRecordWe've escalated your RMA case, and will help you handle it soon.

Did this. No error message. Still showing wrong name in forum. Still can not sync records.

Please go to http://www.dji.com/, and make sure you're signed in. Hover mouse over Avatar in top right corner to access drop down menu.  Path is:  HOME> My Account> My Profile  
As long as you don't need to change your Email address, you'll be fine!
You can logout and login again after changing it. If still the same case, please provide us the screenshot, thanks.

Please try another device and login your account and check again whether you can sync it successfully or not.
