I bought an Osmo Plus that I returned after 5 days and I can not get a refund.
I no longer have a camera and I no longer have my money 853€!
It's really not serious about DJI!
Am I obliged to go to court?
Is there anyone here who can unblock the situation?
I was told that they were going to pay me back but nothing was happening.

I also bought an Inspire 1, I'm starting to wonder if I have chosen the right company to trust ..

I AGREE ORLANDO! I was thinking about investing in The Inspire 2 AND Mavic several months ago when I read about them coming out.  I purchased a Phantom 3 just to try out the brand.  I haven't worked with DJI before, but I have heard good things.  I've owned the Phantom 3 for a couple months, and flown it maybe 10 times.  I have flown it few times because I find conecting to the app on my phone to be a HUGE PAIN! I have spent at least 10  to 15 min at times Turning off the system, back on, disconnecting to the wifi signal and reconnecting before the two finally connect.  REDICULOUS!  I have also read that I am not the only one with this issue.  During a practice flight today, I lost my camera signal while flying not even 25 yards away.  Losing the camera during a turn; I didn't have the depth perception needed to complete the turn without running into a tree.  The drone appears fine, and still flies ok without any issues.  However, I have never regained the signal from my camera.  I tried updating the firmware this evening, and its been trying to update for almost 30 min now.  It is stuck at 16%.  My battery on the drone isn't going to last much longer, and its going to die during update so who knows what this will do! I also ordered the Mavic 2 weeks ago, even though I wasn't that happy with the Phantom 3.  I couldn't resist the size convenience of the Mavic after seeing the reviews.  However, now I haven't received the Mavic, and they are unable to tell me when I may get it.  THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND IF I WERE TO RUN MY COMPANY LIKE THIS MY CLIENTS WOULD DEMAND MONEY BACK AND RUN.  Thats what I want to do, unfortunately they say I cant.  So, I have a phantom 3 that won't work, and spent over $1200.00 on a Mavic that they tell me I may not recieve for 2 months.  I think I am done with DJI.  TOTALLY UHAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Could you please clarify which Phantom model you have?
Phantom 3 sta, adv or pro?
And what's the current firmware version of the RC and aircraft?
Please try to format the SD card and do the update again.
