Tried update firmware, failed.
Any idea how to fix this? Unfortuntately I'm on a trip now and need this to shoot...

Just to clarify, the gimbal was normal before you tried to upgrade the firmware or not?
May I know how you upgraded it?
Please try to reset it firstly through Assistant 2 then try to upgrade it again.

The gimbal was totally fine, I didn't upgrade any firmware.

Yesterday was ok, and even manage to take off.

Did you mean to upgrade the firmware now?

Please try to calibrate the gimbal manually.

Can you describe what do you mean by Calibrate Gimbal manually.

The gimbal will go all crazy and then die off, about 20 seconds later, it will come back crazy, then die off. This is keep repeating as long as the drone is powered on.

For the gimbal issue, it needs to be sent in for evaluation.
We have received your e-mail with the details and created a case for you, please check your e-mail and send it in as the instructions.

My Gimbal has the same problem and all the updates have been made.
I live in Brazil, how should I proceed?
