Is it just me or does the fly more bag seem a bit small. The drone fits in very snug but the remote is even tighter fit. im worried about damaging the toggles.
Am i packing it wrong?

I can fit everything from the combo in their, and the controller receives no undo pressure on the stick.

Sold the fly more combo bag for $80, and got this for $35 (at the time).

Yeah i wasnt too impressed to start with but it gets a little bit looser quickly ... My remote kinda goes in diagonally so it pretects the gimbals, but i was thinking about getiing some gimbal protectors

Do you mean sticks or toggle only you said gimbals?

why does everyone think the bag will hurt the sticks? Has anyone actually experienced a problem with their sticks after using the bag? Unless you sit on the bag, I just don't see it putting undue pressure on the sticks, certainly not anymore than using the controller to fly...

The gimbal is the mechanism that controls the movement of the camera, but you can do whatever suits you..

I find the Combo bag is excellent and everything fits nicely for me except for the charger. (It travels separately in my overnight bag). When I head off flying I have everything with me that I need for each mission as I would not be charging it in the field anyhow.    Drone goes in gimbal downwards with langing gear feet pointing to rear.  RC fits at a 45 degeree angle on vertical axis so levers fit in a corner. Then all is super portable and smaller than many camera cases.   

When flying I pull out the drone drop the gimbal guard and gimbal lock in the pocket the Mavic was in and also drop my phone case in there too as I fit it to the RC. Then  case around the neck and everything is tidy for flying. Reverse afterwards. All good.

Lol i know the camera is on a gimbal but the transmitter assembly is called gimbals too ... just google "Transmitter Gimbals"

Anyhoo .. sticks will do just fine.

I have no issue with the bag. Everything fits perfect. I put the controller in at an angle screen there is no pressure on the sticks.

Also agree. I think DJI has been too eager to demonstrate how compact the drone is when designing this.

I just got finished stuffing the remote and mavic into the fly more bag but it is really tight.  I wanted to get another larger bag or something that fit everything better.  Found this one on amazon that looks good and just ordered it.   It got good reviews and pics look good.  Definitely bigger than the Mavic bag from DJI but it holds more stuff too.
