Hey all,

Ordered the P4P with the built-in monitor and 3 additional batteries.

Was told after a 3 hour wait online that because I purchased additional batteries, my shipment would not take 1-2 weeks, but almost 2 months.

Tried contacting the email support about splitting my shipment but I'm not even sure if that's possible.

Can anyone lend any advice about this?

Do not purchase accessories when you order a drone from DJI, always split the orders.  Sorry you had to learn the hard way .  Honestly, I would cancel the entire order and order the P4P by itself, then place another order for the batteries.  I bet the P4P ships sooner than the quoted time.  FYI, I have my P4P and my order for batteries is still pending.

I feel like this information would save their online support reps so much time and hassle. It's not shameful to admit that different products take different times to fulfill. That's totally understandable. I just don't want everything held up for a few batteries and bits and pieces.

I got an email LAST week saying my P4P with the monitor was going to be shipped THIS week.  However, my order says "payment success".  Once I go to the tracking part, its already assigned to FEDEX.  It'd be nice to get it shipped this week if that happens at all.  Anyone else having this same problem as me?

I was told 8 days ago that it would ship this week! Also there have been other people on this forum who ordered after me with Upto 5 additional batteries and have already received theirs.....

I'm sure you have at least 2 spare batteries on the shelf somewhere?

It is quite clear also that it has nothing to do with the queue from the purchase date as stated but where you live, I.e. If you live in the US you get yours weeks before anyone else! That has already been proven with the Mavic and now the P4 pro

Also If you are not shipping my order until the 23rd why have you taken the Money from my bank account on the 5th of Dec?

Also based on when I ordered the P4 pro+ DJI stated that it would be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks I Purchased this Travel Flight bag for my P4 pro + at a cost of nearly £200 to take with me on my up coming holiday on the 20th of Dec.....THANKS DJI for nothing!!!!

Hello- DJI SALES SUPPORT!



I have sent email requests to online sales 3 times over the past couple of weeks and have never received a reply. Also, no answer on customer service phone. And now chat isn't working?

Yes I understand what your saying my card also got charged on the 5th of Dec and yet they are now saying it won't ship until the 22nd! With regard to having to cancel your order and reorder without additional batteries is also ridiculous ....why the hell should we have to do that when it also clearly stated when I ordered that if all items were not available they would ship items in stock first and ship the remaking order when available......so just another lie then!!!!

That said i have been patient , not complaining, and my order i placed on the day after the p4p+ announcement (with 5 updated batteries too ) was shipped overnight. SUCKAS! :p

Id like to thank DJ Mindy Min, DJ Natty Natalia, and the worker bees who put my drone together by hand and shipped my item out to me...

I've been caught up in this too.. I wish Dji would just state during check out that ordering batteries with it would delay the order, got through to live chat last friday to discover that my order will not ship out till the 3rd of Jan, ordered on the 1st december. when I asked if the order could be split live chat informed me they could not do that and told me to email online sales, done that and haven't heard a whisper back from them. Ive dealt with Dji support before, so I'm not holding my breath on getting a return email..sigh.. seriously, for the amount of drones that you guys sell you need to hire more support staff and train them properly.. Mindy, if you could get anything happening on my order 0619448277440.. like getting it shipped or splitting the order, I'd appreciate it..

The same thing happened to me...I placed an order for a P4P+ and added 2 extra batteries, and expected shipment 1-3 days per estimated shipping time on the website. After I paid and was awaiting notification of shipment, I contacted DJI chat to try and change my email address on my account, and I at that time I found out that my order would be shipped in 3-5 weeks because extra batteries take that long!

Well, of course if I knew that, I certainly would have ordered the batteries separately.....but why would I assume that? After all, batteries are offered along with other accessories right when I place the drone on the shopping cart.

Anyway, after much discussion via online chat, my order has been split.....and they said they will ship the drone ahead of the extra batteries. Although I didn't get a very confident feeling, as it took quote a while of back & forth discussion to get a firm answer. Plus they say they have no idea when it will ship.

If any of the fine members of the DJI team would be willing to let me know when my drone will ship, I sure would appreciate it - my order number is 0016868960723.

Same exact thing happened to me as well.  Was weird because they told me my order was split and then I decided to check back with them to see what another rep would say and was told it wasn't split.  It's like a game at this point talking to different reps and getting totally different stories and connecting the dots.  I guess it will just get here when it gets here.  What is annoying is that they're doing Christmas promotions.  I don't think they should be doing things like that if they can't get people the product before Christmas.

Hi guys

Just got an email from DJI!! My order has shipped.
Just for your info:
Ordered: 11/17
products: phantom 4 pro plus (with screen)
              2 extra batteries
              hub
              ND filters

Shipped: Everything except the ND filters
So they did split my order up on their own. I did not ask that.
But I'm happy though, should get my phantom Thursday.

Hope this post helped out some people with their questions regarding the shipping dates

so a day later got the email that my order has been shipped..seems like the staff at live chat do not have the most accurate information Usual Random Dji customer relations mess.. good news is that if you've been given the shipping horror story by live chat, it may not be as bad as you think..

waiting two days now just for the P4P to clear Australian Customs, the fella from DHL explained that even though it seems Dji are including all of the relevant taxes etc that customs requires, they are not passing it on to customs, so when customs get it they have to contact Dji.. we all know what that's like!! He informed me that Australian Customs now have a Dji department, just to deal with the amount of stuff coming into the country ordered from them...
