we are very happy, we just receive our 2 X5R with osmo and other thing

our seller change it tree time since jully, problem with handle, issue with the grimball ...

and now we just understand by our self that we can't record on hard drive
until RAW, not proress, no slow mo option ...

We are very surprise, that nobody tell us that we can't

We try to call a lot of seller in France, to know about that
in fact, a lot just sell box
they was not advice about that, and for us, because no body know this product we just receive two magnifique Grimball
with such a low workflow, for more then 10000 euros, who only work in H264 if we want to make a quick derush and in raw who take more than 2 hour to export files

What can we do know ?
Do you think you gona make MAJ for that ??
Or do you think it's the good time for us to open an account on "leboncoin" ??

I just want to make sure I'm on the same page. When using both X5R gimbals, you are not able to save RAW video on the SSD card but you can record lower video formats and stills onto the SD card. Is this correct?  You said that you use these with an OSMO and 'other thing'. Is the 'other thing' an aircraft and if so, what aircraft do you use it with? What version is your Go app and what mobile device do you use? Could you happen to provide screenshots of what you are getting in the app?

the matter is not the aircraft or the version of the app

People had to be more advice before to by
In fact the Raw worflow is too low with the ssd ( more then 2 hour to get all the information from the ssd)

Raw are great but is not the only way to edit

Not every body get so many time to edit

and on second time we can't record in any kind of other format on the ssd
and play with Sd card to record in H264 is not the better way for broadcast

For this price, i am waiting a little bit more for the record possibilite

sorry for that, but the communiction on your product had to be seen again

You had to know that all the seller 've been surprise that we can only record RAW on the SSD
now they know that, but not when wee order this product
Why people woud like too by 512 gb for 1000 euros just to record raw only
Raw is good but when you can do the rest (like other HQ format)
