Did you transcode the H265 into ProRes? I can't get Final Cut Pro X to identify the file if it is .mov H265

What file format did you record the h.265 as? MP4 or MOV?

H265 only with Premiere so i transcode into Prores 422 HQ and then FCPX for editing.

Thanks, I was beginning to wonder if I was missing something.

Just wondering if you can help, I shot a sequence in h265 and yes can't use it on fcp, apart from premi how else can I transcode it ?

You can use iMedia Converter Deluxe.

ciao, ho provato a convertire il file del mio phantom4 pro in 4k h.265 con i programmi che avere consigliato, solo che quando vado a inserire la risoluzione per il formato prores per fcpx questa non arriva al 4k ma fino a 2048x1152 sapete il perché??
ho provato con entrambi i tipi di convertitore
