I get this from time to time, its a phone issue .. force close the DJI Go app or reboot the phone and it'll go back to normal.

I have Litchi installed on my phone and wondered if they conflict sometimes ...

I'll be damned, restarting my phone worked. (Had already tried force quitting the DJI Go app but no change). Thank you! What a bizarre issue.

Do you have more than one app installed? ie DJI Go, and DJI Go 4? and/or Litchi ?

Sorry to hear about the issue, may I know what mobile device you are using? please make sure you enable hardware decoding and turn off all other background programs.
May I know have you tried other devices to connect the remote or change USB cables?
You would be face with the case wherever you fly it?

Do you by any chance have the "GPU Acceleration" turned on in the developer options? That said, if it's an Android device. If you have an iPhone forget that
