Hi,
I use a 7" tablet with my DJI Mavic and the remote controller is connected with at the (big) USB A port.
The tablet will be allways be charged from the Mavic remote controller when connected.

Is there any possibility or "trick" to disable this charging, because the battery freom the Mavic remote controller is smal and it make no sense to charge the bigger tablet battery by this way.

I try to cut the plus cable but than no connect betwen tablet and RC possible.

My phone eats the battery of controller so fast, that I can't do anything )))

Is no one at DJI even contemplating addressing this issue seeing as it seems to be a fundamental flaw in the design of the controller........The battery of a tablet is much larger than that of the controller so why would it even need charging. If the controller battery runs out because its charging the tablet then the pilot is screwed as he/she can't control the craft even if it does return to home..... it's a dead stick and an accident waiting to happen!!!!!

DJI Devs..... please allow the end user to calibrate options to stop the Mavic pro controller charging the devices attached to it.

There is no "trick" to disable charging... you could use a powerbank to charge the RC...

And where do you connect the cable from the powerbank while flying your drone?

Use the button usb to connect the controler to the mobile and the left connector to connect the power bank

Phone connected to bottom connector, powerbank connected to side connector.
