That's interesting, if not disturbing.
Wonder if the Best Buy Blacks are a gray import direct from China to them and not through the USA distributor who may not warranty or even fix them? SanDisk pulls the same "No support" on cards brought into the USA not through Western Digital and through their channels. It's on their website too, and Best Buy sells some re-branded SanDisk Pixel which is expensive and maybe a SanDisk Extreme Pro model. I've exchanged bad memory cards at their counter before and never had an issue yet, but sending it off to SanDisk might be a problem. A Phantom though, hmmm...
What OP referring is DJI Care Refresh, which is different from the product warranty.
And we are working on the Refresh service now, so that customers with black edition can purchase the Care Refresh soon. |
