I have a 128GB MicroSD in my Blackberry Priv running Android 6.0.1 - I would like to direct the video cache to my MicroSD card, is this possible?

No,
By default the apps is installed on the device storage and everything is inside device storage only.
You can create an folder on your SD card then manually move the video cache files into your SD card but the apps cannot set the video cache located to sd card.
