Why i cant reach any support service for DJI CARE REFRESH on this WEEKEND? its kind of urgent...

or How / Where can i reach them this weekend??

Chat and email support not working...

The service time is different for the locations, OP is located in Finland if the information is correct, so he failed to call the numbers.
Please do not worry about it, our DJI Care team will help him handle it.

Hi Natalia, yes i tried to call but somehow calls just didnt made it thru from Finland to China and to others which showed avaible also in weekends. But thank you guys for fast response from email-zendesk!!
Yes i used same email as in my forum info to contact DJI CARE and problem is solved now! I was just worried cuz stuation was kind of urgent with time table

i used time zone converter to check call times, tried in the day and evening. I believe it was just phoneline problem. Guys did answer at last to my email.
