I am trying to sign into my DJI account for first time use of my new Phantom 4 pro + and I keep getting a "Type in a valid email address" at the sign in screen. I have activated my account and can sign into my DJI account just fine on my desktop. What can I do?

May I know your aircraft SN?
Just to clarify, both AC and RC are up to date, right?
Please post a screenshot here about the error message page, any special characters for your e-mail address?
