Hey guys!

Bought X5 Unit back in July, was using it with my Olympus 12mm lenses, everything was great, but couple of weeks ago it started to acting weird both on Inspire 1 and Osmo handle. On Osmo, just after turning on the gimbal turns off, the camera works properly.
On inspire 1, the gimbal turns on, but shaking really hard, and I cannot control it from the remote.
No physical damage, no water damage, was using it very carefully.

Any ideas?

Hi, please find online chat on www.dji.com/support and follow instructions to send it in. I think one of the screw in the gimbal is loose.

Thanks for the answer, sent it yesterday, case number is CAS-376719-G3F0V5

will post updates here, as I know some of the people had the same issue before.
