I've an issue with my Osmo. It's working fine with the X3 but when I plug my X5 I don't have any video feed in the DJI Go app or it works only a few second before stopping. The X5 is working fine on the Inspire 1 Pro and all the firmware are up to date. I tried with Android and iOs phone but still the same issue.

Do you have any .bin file that I can plug on my X5 to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can find the bin file here, for Osmo Pro.

Just put the bin in the SD card and start the Osmo Pro and it will update.

If it still doesn't work, you may need to send in the X5, adapter, and Osmo handle so we can analyze them.
