While the still images seem to have correct date on SD card, video files file time are skewed a few hours back. Is this normal? Anyone noticed?

Here is how mine looks... I highlighted the correct date and time files, which are all stills. Date and time of video files is "from the past".

Seems this is a problem for many users, manifesting itself in different modes. Some report that date is 1950/1951.
