Hi all,

testing my brand new osmo mobile, and I already have a question.

I shooted approx 6 small videos (a few seconds each), and while I can see them all within the DJI Go Gallery, only 1 of them is available within the DJI Go editor. Is it a bug ?!
Also, in the Photos tab, I can see 2 photos, but when I open them, and if I click on download original photo, it asks me to connect aircraft first (!!!). My "aircraft" IS connected (even if I don't see any reason to connect it.....) so again, is it a bug ? How can I download my original images ?

Seriously, while the osmo itself looks very cool, my first thoughts about DJI Go are very bad.

I have the same problem, not visible files
And i noticed, that it is only with files that are less than 10 seconds

So I had shooted timelapse, that was 3 seconds as a result. And wanted to use it in a editor, to make a clip. But I was not able to do this

Also when you chose "local video" there is the same problem - no local videos less than 10 sec are visible

I am using osmo mobile and HTC 10

Is DJI Technical Support looks threads here for feedback?

I don't think so. I use to have response to my Mavic questions, but for my Osmo I never had any official response so far :-/
