What's the hold up on mine? I been waiting for five days now to see the pay button to pay so I can get my drone back in a timely manner.  

The phone service.  You all need more operators.   

I'm not too happy with having to wait this long.  I've seen many other complaints on this.  I hope I didn't make a mistake buying your product.

Then to make it worse. I was caller number 6 after waiting since caller number 21.  You know that's a long time, but the music stopped and it hung up on me!! Now I'm caller number 16!!!!!

Im having quite a bad customer service experience after having bought a faulty phantom 4 at the end of december.
Ive written the whole story in a ticket: nr: 394895 on friday.
Since of now, I haven't gotten a response. How long does this usually take?
