I purchased an extra mavic battery along with the charging hub and extra props before the new year 12/31/16. The shipping estimate at the time of purchase was 5-7 days which it still is. It has been well over 5-7 days and after being dropped several times via chat by DJI they finally said that one of the products is out of stock and will ship in 3-4 weeks. They wouldn't even give me details on which product was out of stock. Once I pressed them for more info they just disconnected the chat. I am in love with my mavic but this customer service/timing is just ridiculous. Is anyone else dealing with the same issue and were you able to get t resolved?
I ordered 2 spare batteries and props on the 5th of this month when shipping stated 7 -10 days. A couple of hours ago I got notification from the courier company that my order is being delivered in the morning. I'd say that's pretty good going.
