Hello,

i got my mavic today.
When i tun on my mavic the gimbal scratches the case for 1-2 seconds.
The handy shows the warning "Gimbal motor overload" for 1-2 seconds.
After that, the gimbal centers and everything is ok.

Is this normal?

Check if stabilizing base-plate of gimbal is UNDER the nozzels of the housing.

Yes, everything is installed correctly.
On the rear side the gimbal plate is behind the "hook" too.

The Gimbal/Camera strikes against this black "hook" which hold the gimbal plate.

Contact support and send them the video. Also update here when a solution is found

If you are getting a warning and the gimbal is scratching the cover - this is not normal and will most likely need to be returned for service or replacement.

yeah that doesnt sound normal at all, mine does not do that

I have contact the EU Support.

They will exchange the Mavic through their support center in the netherlands.

Now i have to wait for a adress label for the exchange. I hope that it will go fast...
