I am really satisfied about dji customer service. I have contacted them via online chat several times. They are beey kind to help me. And then i habe contacted via email too. Because i had a little problem with my dji p3s. Amazing.. I emailed them night, morning, evening always they replied me back bdry soon. I am really happy about the RMA repair system too. They ask me to send back the drone. I didn't have any idea how to send it. Next day they send me a UPS e-ticket. Wow its completely they paid. I am now waiting for my drone. Hope it will repaired and come back soon. Love you DJI
