I purchased 1 Mavic drone, but DJI charged me with 2 and sent me two!
I tried emailing, and no response for 5days.
What do I need to do to return one? What address?

I think you first need to contact customer services, they should be able to help you out, or try contacting a moderator here to see if they can help push your case, to get it sorted promptly. Good luck

Must have been a problem with the IT.
I preordered mine right at the beginning of preorder-period but still in my shopping-basket at DJI another Mavic is on order. I don´t know how to get rid of it .....................
In fact I got only one but the other order is still in the basket ...........
