Lomita, CA 90717. I purchased a Phantom 4 Pro from them. 14 days later I had my remote control fail (I have contacted you and you are handling the repair). This shop told me once I buy a DJI product from them and open the box they can't help me with any issues I will have to contact DJI directly for help. That's not a DJI dealer, that's sales only. If this is the case why would people purchase from any store. We should all buy on line if there is no customer service or support at this supposed DJI dealers.
