Im getting a refund. Mavic #2 has the same hot spot issue. No can do. Period. Not to mention that my replacement Mavic has major horizon tilt issues, major focus issues, and the hot spot. Im done with it.

I have the same issue.  On some shots it's more noticeable (don't know why).  It's too bad.  I love the results otherwise.  DJI, if this is a known major problem, do you have an ETA on potential fix?  Even a post processing adjusting is fine.  I would presume DJI knows the dimensions of the spot and could adjust for the red in post.  PLEASE.

I am having the same yellow color shading issue, this needs to be fixed and DJI Customer Support has done nothing. I refuse to send it in without a replacement in my hands to verify the issue is not present. How can a new product like this be so succesful yet so faulty in imaging quality. Very upsetting for the cost we've all spent. DJI Please RESPOND WITH A SOLUTION..

When can we expect this fix noted in the provided Color Shading PDF. It's unfair those of use who bought this new are experiencing this while others are not. If it's the issue as stated in the PDF, this is science and all DJI Mavic Pro's should be having this issue. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR MY CLIENTS. Is this something we are just expected to deal with or be out the p[roduct that's advertised. Other than camera issues the drone is wonderful but this is a huge issue for image makers.

I've noticed this issue (big red circle) on my Mavic as well. Very disappointed. If the video is white -> circle is yellow. If it's some other color -> it's red. I cannot express how deeply unsatisfied I am. People at DJI you  definitely know how serious this problem is. You are risking future customers. I am a photographer / videographer and need this thing working. I know that you cannot compare the Mavic with an Inspire but for me the picture quality is very good, but you (DJI) need to find a solution ASAP.

Have they released anything regarding the blur issue on one side of the picture or the other? Seems not all users have been affected so I would assume that is a manufacturing defect of some sort.

If you have blur in the corner and restoring to factory defaults from Assistant2 or refreshing the firmware does not resolve it then please contact support and send the aircraft in for evaluation.http://www.dji.com/support

They were delayed but now this week going forward they should be up to speed.
Normal turn around is 1-2 weeks from when it's been received in.

Not that I know of. I don't know the physics behind it so the PDF that R&D created is all what I have to by by.

It does show up in video as well as photos, if you read through the thread users state this.

mine only shows up on video,jpg's are fine...only see it when look at sky,doesnt matter if overcast or sunny,massive redish circle like those shown only more noticeable...exchanged drone 2 times now,replacements all the same in same circumstances...originaly changed drone not noticing any red circle but due to right edge being blurry,replacement drone same blurriness and circle in mid additionaly,exchanged again and edges no longer blurry at all so chuffed,but circle still there when aim at sky or white buildings
