Image transmission issues!

I have the DJI Phantom 3 Professional and till the point I installed the new firmware update (v1.10.90), my drone flew perfectly without any problems.
But now I have video image transmission issues. The first 30 sec. of the flight are completely normal but after that the image transmission is very bad with bugs and lags.

(Screenshots) <- These are screenshots of my Smartphone (Samsung s7 edge). The videos on the sd card in the drone are ok but flying with these bugs is horrible.

This happens even if I'm right next to the drone.

Is it possible to downgrade the firmware or is the smartphone or the remote-control the problem?

I have the same issues with my P3P. recording on the camera SD card is fine but get the same video effects on my remote control tablet (Samsung S2 8"). I believe it also started after the latest software update. Had no issues prior to that.

I went back and tried to downgrade back to previous software versions (V01.09.0060, V01.08.0080, V01.06.0040) and was unsuccessful. Message in log file was that the current software version ( v1.10.90) does not support downgrade. Need some guidance from DJI on how to proceed.

Do NOT downgrade! It's no use , try the other image transmission channels,forexample channel 26 and 23

Same here, i have tried  Samsung s5, Samsung Tab4,  and Nexus P6, all with the same results as you have. The image from my Fatshark goggels is perfekt!!!. It looks like it is something with Android to do.

How about the APP version?
You have the same issue for live streaming on each flight, right?
Please try another mobile device which is in DJI recommended list.
If still the same case, please upload a screenshot for HD settings page, thanks.

You flew aircraft in the same place before upgrading, there was no any issue, right?
Please fly it in different open locations without interference.
It's appreciated if you can try different mobile device.
If problem persists, please upload several pictures, I'll report it to our engineers, thanks.

DJI Natalia, I had the same issue with flights in  a number of locations here in the US (Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina). I have seen the same issue with two different Samsung tablets (S and S2). I plan to try my IPad Air 2 next to see if that has the issue as well.

I wonder if it is your mobile device giving you the issue. You could for sure go back to a previous version to see if it helps. You can look around on the internet for how to install the .apk file on your android device. It is not hard to do. It looks as though your device can't handle the video stream. I am no expert, but don't think the firmware for the drone would cause that. especially if your video is ok on your sd-card. Try another channel too, like someone else suggested, and make sure your transmission rate is set back to 4mb on your app. Just a few things to try. Good luck.

Can it be that all those who have problems have the first version of the P3. I've driven with Samsung S5 and Samsung TAB4 since the start of P3 with no problems and now also bought a Nexus P6. I have the first vertionen of P3

Now I tested the drone with an iOS device and it works perfectly fine. Than I switched to my Samsung galaxy s7 edge and it also worked and the bugs were gone.
Maybe it's because of the new update which came out on the 18th of January.

But thanks a lot for your help!!

I hope the bugs won't come back.

The bugs came back on two Android devices (Samsung galaxy s7 edge and Samsung galaxy s5)!
Only when I used an iOS device it worked flawless.
I flew in several locations, so they can't be the problem.
And I want to be able to use my own phone to controll my drone xD.
Has anybody else these problems and a solution for them?

Have big problems whit signal on my drone, after the update. all firmware are up to date.
when starts drone signal is ok some times and i can fly whitout problems, than land and change batteri then problem agin, and it not the batteri.
can fly mybe 10 minuts the problems whit signal. than land and starts one more time and it works.
then go to fly some other places, and go problems whit signals .
Have try to downgrade did not help.
And i all starts whit the upgrade to the new firmware
phone 3.15
controller 1.8
drone 1.10.90

Only one way to fix it is when dji come whit a new firmware update... i had be having problems for 4 months now

When reinstalling the Go app, have you tried using the QR code in the manual instead of the Play Store?

I downloaded the app in the way you suggested and until now it works perfectly fine!
