I initiated RMA 2 days ago and would like to know how and when I will be receiving my shipping label? Also the form one has to fill out for return, does it go in the box with returned drone our am I missing something?

Shipping label is supposed to be emailed to you

Hi it takes a couple of days, yes insert form in the box but keep a copy for yourself also you will need a copy of invoice, I would recommend you take note of your serial number,
You can follow progress of your Rma on the dji go app,
Opening page click on more then dji support then repair history.

May I know you've received the shipping label or not?
You submitted repair case online, right? what's the case number?After you finish the process, you will see "Print" button and notes there, please print the page and put it into the box with unit then send in.
