I am having the same problem as the original post in this chain. I have tried everything to fix it including checking if can cables are properly installed since the pro comes put together from DJI. Has there been a fix found for this? It has been frustrating not being able to have access to a senior tech to talk to. It's always some guy listing steps or googling it. Pretty much telling me everything I already know and he even admited to me that he never touched the m600 before. If someone from DJI asks me if the firmware is updated one more time I'm gonna go crazy. Please, any real help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
I do not know how redundant I will be in your case, but did this occur after a firmware update or is this happening right out of the box? If you're running a dual operator set up, have you already swapped the RCs to single out the issue with just this controller? In either case, you can try the following button combinations to make sure that the communication between the RC and aircraft are solid:
Reset the RC of presets:
* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.
I'd recommend manually relinking the two so that way they are communicating properly after the reset:
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller.
* Press C1, C2, and the record button on the controller, then the controller will beep like D-DD. This may take a few seconds of holding it.
*While holding the buttons, press the wheel on the right side of the controller and then the first light of the controller will become blue and it will constantly beep DDDD.
* Use a pen to click the linking button on the aircraft and hold for 3-5 seconds, and then take the pen off the aircraft and wait, it will be linked soon.
If the issue persists and you have any sort of email correspondence with Support, you can provide your ticket number here and I can try to not ask too many of the same follow up questions twice. Ultimately, there can be a chance that the RC would need to be sent in, if you've already singled out the issue being a problematic RC. |
