I ordered a refurb drone from DJI store and recieved it on Friday and need to return it do to my job getting transfered, I have not even opened the shipping box. I sent an email but it sounds like I need to talk to someone within 7 days was just curious how long it takes them to reply to emails getting worried I won't be able to return it

So I sent my drone back within the 7 days, I payed return shipping and now am still waiting for my refund, the drone got received there on Jan 30 and I tried getting in touch with the original person handling my case but have got no response. Is it normal to take this long to get my refund, kinda stinks that I am going to have to pay interest on this for my credit card after paying $40 for return shipping , not impressed with customer service at this point
