Question, it appears the I2 ships with some sort of a plastic insert in the SSD slot. is there a secret way to remove it? mine won't budge.

man, I just shipped mine back to be replaced or else I would have tested this out for you, but I was thinking that the flat head screw driver triangle tool thing that shipped with it was meant to be used to pry it off. My SSDs are still on back order, so I never actually test it though. Try it out if you can or wait for someone who actually knows what they're talking about. haha

Yes,  Just pull it straight out!  It is a bit snug, so pull hard on it!
