RONIN controller issue - DJI please help

I had roll issues with my original Ronin so updated the latest firmware and this has killed both the controller and thum controller. Please urgently advise what I need to do to correct this??

Could you please verify which firmware versions are currently on the unit? Which components did you update? When you say that it killed the RC and the thumb controller, do you mean that there's no more power coming from them or just no response? Are both the RC and thumb controller updated as well?

RC
Since being upgraded to the latest firmware the RC now has no power coming from it despite being fully charged and in perfect working order before the firmware upgrade. When a cable is plugged into the RC and then to a computer a red light appears on the RC (when the RC is powered off) but when the RC is powered on this red light goes out and the RC will not power. Since the firmware upgrade the RC will now not show in the DJI assistant when connected. If we click on info in DJI assistnat it says current version: 2.4   If we click on upgrade in DJI Assistant the page is empty and no upgrade is possible.

THUMB CONTROL
The Thumb controller is still powering up but since the new Ronin firmware upgrade the thumb controller is now no longer controlling controlling the Ronin. DJI Assistant is saying that the thumb controller is on latest the firmware: 1.2

RONIN (original)
Ronin latest Firmware:
GCU 1.3
IMU 3.1

Software current version 2.4

If attempting to use the Ronin without the thumb controller or RC the Ronin works for about a minute then  stops correcting and goes limp.

Please advise us URGENTLY as the Ronin is required for a shoot.  We had no choice but to do a firware upgrade to the lastst firmware  to resolve the well known Ronin "roll" issue. The firmware details specify that it corrects this fault. Unfortunatly we now have a non-working unit despite (apart from the roll issue) the controllers and Ronin were fine and never had an issue.

Hello DJI, please advise as we very urgently need this fault sorted?

We followed the DJI app to upgrade the Ronin and was told a new firmware update was available. On doing this the controllers will now not work at all.  We urgently need DJI to advise us as have shoots lined up.

We have followed the DJI suggested instructions and the Ronin still does not work and has the same fault. The controller is dead and the tumb controller will still not control the Ronin - all since the firmware update. Unless you are able to help get this up and working we have no option as since the firmware update have a totally useless system. Please advise urgently or we request a return?

This forum is basically a false outlet for people to feel like they have some line of communication with DJI. I've been posting bugs and information here thinking it'd help fix some critical software issues. No.

You're going to need to go public with this if you want to get it fixed or refunded. Twitter, DJI corporate, direct email... something.
