In regards to CAS-402623-P4B0Y3

I sent this back at my own expense, UPS 2 day so it would get there quicker from across the country. Tracking shows it was delivered on Jan.12, but status still shows it's waiting to be delivered.

Has my Mavic been lost?

I have DJI Care Refresh on this unit, which i thought would speed things along, although this incident was technically a hardware malfunction that should not require using one of my 2 instances of coverage.

I have emailed support and got the automated "We will contact you soon" 3 days ago. Nothing since. Could someone please look into this and at least let me know the unit was received or if i need to make a claim with UPS?
