I am trying to calibrate the vision sensor via the DJI Assistant, and am unable to proceed.
I keep getting this prompt, and re-booting the aircraft does not clear the error.
I am on the latest firmware.
Any thoughts?

Already tried reinstalling the DJI Assistant 2 software? Is it possible that your aircraft is overheated while doing this? I would recommend; let the drone rest for 10 minutes, reinstall the app and try again.  Let me know if it worked

Thank you, I did try re-installing, but I just solved it by installing on another device, and it worked.
Both are WIN 10 machines, the one that would not work has a GTX1070 card in it.
The one that did work was a laptop with a low end integrated graphics chip. <shrug>

i had this exact same problem mate, it worked for me on a different pc (both win 10!)

Same for me : GTX 1070 again.  Calibration on my other Win10 machine was fine (GTX 650), up to the end of the very final step, when at 100% it said it had failed as it couldn't figure the monitor size (27"), and after entering the size, the calibration screen would only come up blank.

Oh well - probably didn't need calibration anyway

I had the same issue.  On some computers you have to disable driver signatures. Type in search "Vision sensors" and read the post from Punchbuggy. It worked perfectly.
