You won't hear back until they finish Chinese New Year break.
- I'm pretty sure when you send them an email ,you get an auto-response saying:

So it will be at least 1st Feb and after they've gotten through all the other support emails before yours.
Are you sure you haven't set it to discharge? - Also would be good to list out in point form what you've done/tried so far.
- Example: Did you plug it to your Mavic and tried turning it on? What happens?
- Example: Did you plug it into the charger to see what happens?
