Hi, I ordered my drone on Jan 20th, and 11 days later, still not here despite being labelled as "Shipped".

Can someone help me escalate my case?

I keep being told that my drone is in California and that I should receive an email with 24hrs. That was days ago. I keep getting vague answers that do not help. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?

Never got the tracking number. I eventually had to cancel my order, and according to some people on the r/dji subreddit, DJI can delay the refund. So, I had to do a chargeback to make sure I got my money back in a reasonable time. So, don't buy from the DJI online store, lesson learned.
