I don't know too much about the DJi Mobile. I've had it for about a month now. Used it on 4 different trips. I've never ran into any issues until yeaterday.

After a whole day of recording, I had approximately 20+ footages on my osmo ready to import onto my iPhone 7. I attempted to open the DJI Go app but it failed to work. Figured I delete the app & reinstall. Fatal mistake. After I reinstall the app, all my footages were gone. I logged into itunes then into the application. Everything is gone.

With little knowledge and experience. By deleting the application, does that delete all the footages on the app?

I thought it would be stored regardless.
