We have a DJI S900 and A2.

First Test:
No Wind
Take off tipping problem like this:

But I saved it and fount out that during taking off
you should give it a quick thrust, not move the stick slowly.

Second Test:
WIND: ~ 15 mph

Take off is ok
and
in the air
it behaves like those:

When landing, the drone is not stable and tipped over and
the blades  broken.

In the above cases, the drone just have a 12000 mAh battery on it
and placed in the battery tray. Should I also add weight
in front of the drone to balance the battery weight?

Any suggestions for landing in the wind?
Should I slowly move down the throttle or adjust
accordingly?

Are you sure you have the IMU location setup correctly according to the COG of the S900? That might be the issue with tipping over...

In addition to Robin's suggestions, is the aircraft as balanced as possible?

nope, I don't think it was balanced as we just have battery on it and we put the battery on the battery tray as default and the battery is this one :  http://www.genstattu.com/tattu-p ... 150-xt150-plug.html

Try checking the balance of the aircraft with the batteries attached and see if that makes a difference. You'll know it's balanced when you can hold the unit by two diagonal arms and it does not tip over one way or another.
