I have a problem with my Osmo+, the sound totally disappears. No sound recorded on the video, nothing on the audio meter in the DJI Go app, but even no sound from the handle, no VIP when I turn it on, nothing when the gimbal is locked. No sound at all.
Everything was OK yesterday, I was recording videos with sound (I use a Rode VideoMicro), I just change the battery, then no sound. With the Rode mic, with the DJI external mic, with the internal mic, same thing : nothing.
It seams he whole thing turned mute, but I can't understand why.
Does anyone had the same problem ? Is there a solution ?
