I recently uploaded a video to Skypixel - but you cannot view it - there's only the error code 'Code 4' displayed.

I already checked it with Firefox, IE and Chrome - same error there.

Malte, we tried to open the link you provided, there is no problem to view the video.
Would you please upload a screenshot for the error code here and PM me your account username? we'll help you check it.

Was this ever resolved? I am having same problem. I can playback on iPhone but not on my laptop. I get the same Code 4 Error, saying that "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support". I've tried Internet Explorer and Chrome. I used the pre-loaded music from Skypixel.

Looks like Code 4 problem has not been fixed.  My investigation points at which server your video is on.  The US server works, the Chinese server does not work.

I am having this issue as well.

I cannot see any videos at all on Skypixel through the DJIGo4 app on my Samsung S8 (i cant access Skypixel any other way).

Whenever I click on a video, it appears to load then comes up with the Code 4 error sign (in Chinese!!!)

this is happening to EVERY video on my Skypixel.

Hi hotdogsnmustard, sorry for the troubles on checking the video in Skypixel, I have tried my DJI Go 4 APP and all the videos are working fine, any chance to try to re-install the APP (please don't forget to backup the videos and the flight records)? Or please have a try via your computer? If the issue persists, could you please PM me your DJI Account? Thank you.

Interesting. Got the same issue. Worked fine on my home machine. While trying to show (off) the video at work, I got following code 4 on one of the machines, but it worked on another one. Looks like a problem, related wo whichever SkyPixel server tries to serve the video.
