I just received an Osmo+ I purchased off ebay.  The first thing I noticed when I turned it on was the fan noise.  It's really loud and I just want to make sure that's normal and I don't have a defective unit.  Also, it seems to be on constantly unless I'm recording, is this normal as well?

It's normal for the fan to run until you start recording. Have fun!

It's normal, and it's hard to determine how "loud" do you mean. It's much quieter than Osmo though.
