Hello all,
Just to let you guys know my horror story.

I placed Order 0013984117049h on January 25. Got my confirmation email that same day. Got my confirmation email January 29. Then, i got my shipping email on the 3rd of February.
Dear jgadea,
Your order, number 0013984117049, has shipped. Check on delivery status using the FEDEX tracking code 171033970524167.

The Fedex tracking number stated that the package weighed 1lbs. Now I know the Mavic is small... but cmon. I chatted with DJI to inquire if there was another tracking number with the order. They said it did not, so I asked to chat with a supervisor. The supervisor went ahead to tell me he was going to escalate the issue and that they would get back to me via email in 24-48hrs.

Now the package arrived today. It was 1 lb. and it was the props.  Just the props.

So I'm back in chat, tell the rep about this whole thing, demand to speak to a supervisor, and she proceeds to leave the chat. So, what to do?

Any ideas guys?

Check to see what the DJI email shows.  Does it show "shipped" for both the props and the Mavic?  They split my order into two shipments, though I got the MP first. When they shipped the Mavic the other items were marked "Will come later". But the order page online didn't indicate what was or was not shipped in the first order.

I only got one tracking number as well. That is until a couple weeks later when the 2nd package shipped.

I recieved the shipment notification email from "DJI Store noreply@dji.com"  you should have gotten one in your email.

Same happened to me - I received propellers before my device.  First time I received a tracking number and had to sign for props.  Second one, never received a tracking number, nor and email.  I just noticed that when putting  order through dji store order tracking that it shipped - was a couple of weeks after I received the props:

It probably is already on its way but given the lack of information I would be in a panic mode just like you.
What I would do is to call my CC company or PayPal and have them handle this.  It's a shame to make a move like this because as I said it probably is on the way but on the other hand DJI is not giving you any reassurances and if you don't act fast your CC company will not be able to help.

Contact your credit card company or paypal.  Tell them you were scammed by international company.  DJI will get right on your case.  If that fails, lawsuit would be last option, especially if you are in US.

CC company will give customers 18 month to do a charge back. First they ask you to contact the merchant and if you get proof that you tried in good faith to resolve it and you did not get what you owed then they will issue a charge back and they will deal with DJI directly.

OMG, but exactly what I experienced. Although my problems were smaller, there was always the feeling as if chat agents had no interest in resolving issues.

I hope everything gets figured out!

Of course it's not a scam.  But credit card company and paypal wont respond unless use the term scam.  I'm just speaking from consumer side on how to make CC and paypal respond quickly.
