How durable are the serial number labels on the DJI Phantoms?

They don't look much different than any common sticky-back label and those fall off after a while.  Not to mention, the common labels tend to disintegrate when they get wet.

Do any of you take measures to protect the labels, e.g., by spray coating them or by taping over them with transparent shipping tape?

Try and remove one? Nothing to be concerned about, only a reference.


You could take a pic, or write them numbers down, if you would feel more secure.

Mine look like new on my batteries that are over a year old.
