Well if your out in the field and you do have a problem with your landing gear not returning into landing mode. the solution would be to use the screwdriver supplied by DJI ( You know the little silver T handle thing that they supply with your $10,000 drone)

Forget it as it seems to be the proverbial square peg in a round hole!   Yes that right folks the screwdriver it much bigger than the hole you have to put it through to get at the worm drive!

As a rough guide the hole is just less than 5 mm and the screwdriver is just less than 7.5 mm

The way I see it you have 4 choices

• Drill out the aircraft (not!!)
• File down the sides of the screwdriver (cheapest)
• Buy a good quality srcewdriver (best option!!!) for this one has less chance to mess up the worm drive when you try to unscrew the very stiff drive.
• Complain to DJI for the next 6 months (wasting your time!)
