I contacted DJI about the Inspire 2 Battery Charger and Power Cable for faster, simultaneous charging with an additional Battery Charging Hub:

However, the Hub is shipped without any cable. I was replied that every spare parts could be found here:

But nothing such as "Battery Charger and "Power Cable" is listed. I have managed to find some different "180W Power Adaptor" but with no AC cable only. I think that a complete list of spare parts exists for the Inspire 1 but not the Inspire 2­. I hope that DJI put the missing spare parts anytime soon!

Do you have a ticket or a case number from when you contacted Support?
