I just found out, you have to call 818-235-0789 and ask for a supervisor in the USA.  That way you get someone who can speak English and they will help you.

Reynold, here is an update for the case you reported.
Since our support found there was another ticket (394408) which is the same as 396544, then they merged them and keeps following up it, the case number is CAS-446046-D0W6W9.
According to the e-mail system, the latest e-mail we sent out was on 13th Feb, while we did not receive the information needed recently, thus making the delay on case progress.
