I was hoping to get some video today after work in hoboken off of pier A. Has anyone flow here before? is it legal? I'm not sure if its still too close to NYC or not.

I'm new here but I live in the area, how did that go?  

I know that the NJ DEP Division of Parks and Forestry has a policy against flying drones in state parks, so Liberty State Park is out.  Although, I've seen ppl fly there in violation of the policy but as far as I can tell, there is no penalty.  

What kind of drone do you have?
