Hello,

I sent my mavic for repair on 1/30/2017 and made a payment on 2/11/2017 immeditely after invoice was generated. Since then my case was stuck in under repair status. Having a DJI care refresh and opting for a replacement, I'm not sure what really is the reapair status means. Can you please help track my case.

I did not post my case number here just because it exposes all info in the public forum. Can you track using my account?

I've been waiting the same amount of time paid my Refresh fee on the 9 Feb.  
On chat was  just told "it is a privilege for you to be able to have a replacement..."  They honestly won't tell you they don't have any replacements to send out only that the procedure takes 2-3 weeks...which it has been.

seriously ??? A privilege!!!! That's surprising that DJI would behave that way for a paid service which is promised to be faster...

You probably won't get the shipping label from email until tomorrow.  Believe the service center in CA is closed today for President's day.  When I had mine occur on Saturday didn't get the shipping label email response until Monday. Prepare to be patient......

I've escalated it to the repair team in order to get this addressed. There is a bit of backup due to Yesterday's holiday, but it will get straightened out.

It takes several business days to check in and update the system, since it's delivered to our repair center, please do not worry about it.
