Hi Marcello, as per the case, it is a DJI Care Refresh Express case, and the shipping label had been sent to you via email. We are now waiting to receive your package, once the package is received and check in to the system, we will ship out the replacement.
May I know if you have shipped out the drone? Is there any issue with the shipping? Since when I checked the tracking number of your case, it only refers to Label Created, which means the drone has not been received by UPS.
If you sent the drone on your own, please provide us with the tracking number so we can help to check. Thank you.
