Im wondering what time frame Im looking at to recieve a new Mavic or working Mavic back? It took two weeks just to get a UPS shipping label and a week to get it checked in? Its frustrating having to send it away for a defective video issue right out of the box and also frustrating its taking a while to get a new one.

Mine sat at the Netherlands HQ for over a week without even getting checked in, I mentioned it on this forum and a moderator offered to help, I supplied my case number as requested and a New Mavic was with me 3 days after that. So get hold a a Mod if you can. They really do help out.
Unfortunately though my new Mavic still has the exact same problem with blurred edges on video and stills. So I'm back on to them and trying to get it sorted.

Wonder why so long, maybe they don't have as many engineers to work with the drones? Either way, I figured with DJI being a big company that they would have the time more expedited.

Wow, hopefully I don't get one with the same problems. I wonder what it is, maybe a new sensor or maybe a computer?

According to the repair status site, it says it will take 24 hours before its unpacked. Kinda frustrating when the site says that of you're a DJI Care refresh member to write in on the box for faster service.

The only thing wrong on the Magic is that a ribbon broke that controls the gimbal. I imagine the repair wouldn't take too long?

Just checked my repair status. It has changed from Payment received (I paid on 2/21 for the $79 replacement rather than the $503 repair charge for a gimbal). It showed that I paid on 2/23. Currently it is under Repair.

If I elected for a replacement I'm hope that it goes quickly through this section as I believe a shipment of Mavics have come in. Although I don't know if that was all taken up by new orders.

I just submitted a case under DJI Refresh and am waiting for a shipping label. I was told I would have it in 48hrs or less. Is that realistic? CAS-522400-Q1Q9Z6. When I purchased my P4P and the DJI Refresh, it was sold as "just give us a call and you get priority shipping, repair etc." I hope this doesn't take a long time since my unit is my commercial aerial photography platform and also a backup Search and Rescue unit as I am the pilot/trainer for our local Sheriff's Office. Please advise.

I had an update last Thursday 16th that they were replacing camera and gimbal, a couple of props and part of the casing f.o.c and it would take 2-3 days.
It's been 5 working days and still no update yet l.

I just printed my shipping information tonight.

My situation is extremely frustrating.

Tonight I was going to purchase DJI Care Refresh.... well this evening I crashed my drone.  Ugh.
I wish I had bought this on day 1 instead of waiting till the moments my drone lifted into a tree.  Does anyone know of a way to help me?  I feel this was an expensive mistake - or will find out once I get my mavic off to CA for repairs

I have recently sent my MAVIC AIR 2 in for CARE REFRESH.
I had to send it to the Netherlands, although I live in Italy, because that's where DJI Europe handles things, I guess.

Hi Marcello, as per the case, it is a DJI Care Refresh Express case, and the shipping label had been sent to you via email. We are now waiting to receive your package, once the package is received and check in to the system, we will ship out the replacement.

May I know if you have shipped out the drone? Is there any issue with the shipping? Since when I checked the tracking number of your case, it only refers to Label Created, which means the drone has not been received by UPS.

If you sent the drone on your own, please provide us with the tracking number so we can help to check. Thank you.
